An integrated dental unit from the E200 series, with an independent column that carries the dentist element, operating light and arms. The dentist and the assistant have identical touch panels, each controlling the chair, the light and the cuspidor. The independent column reduces vibration and keeps the light and instruments in place even as the chair moves or the patient shifts. The backrest pivots at the hip to avoid friction against the patient’s back, and returns upright in 9 seconds — a quick changeover between patients. A double-jointed assistant arm and short, lightweight suction tubes support four-handed work, and the glass cuspidor swivels 150° to make room for the assistant.
