A six-step zirconia grinding and polishing kit, from soft pre-sintered zirconia to a mirror finish. The first step happens before sintering, while the material is still soft: removing the connector rods, smoothing their sites and opening spaces. After sintering the work moves from grinding to fine grinding and then through three polishing steps, and each step removes the marks left by the one before. Each tool is marked with a code and step number, so the order is clear even to a new technician.
