Micro-Opener
Bondent
Stainless-steel hand K-files on a long handle, for locating and opening canal orifices in posterior teeth when working under a microscope. In molars access is narrow and visibility limited. The long handle and angled tip keep the hand out of the line of sight, so the tip of the instrument stays visible under magnification. The files come in several sizes marked by handle color and are used to open an initial path in the canal before going deeper in the treatment.
