A benchtop capsule mixer (amalgamator) that mixes amalgam capsules at a set time and speed — a uniform mix that does not depend on hand technique. Time and speed are preset and shown on a digital LED display. The mixing time is held in memory, so the next capsule gets the same cycle at one touch — consistency between patients and between staff members. The clear lid keeps the capsule in view, and the motor stops when the lid is opened. The manufacturer states quiet, stable operation. Set the time and speed for each capsule according to the material manufacturer’s instructions.
