ZirArt 3D Multilayer Zirconia Discs
Lodden
Multilayer zirconia discs for CAD/CAM milling, for crowns, bridges and monolithic work. The layers grade in shade, translucency and strength. The models differ in layer count and translucency, and there are a white version for shading in the lab and a fast (Rapid) version for a shortened sintering cycle — useful for chairside work and a shorter wait. Multiple layers give a more natural look than a single-shade disc right from milling.
Key features
- 5 or 6 graded layers — shade, translucency and strength change from cervical to incisal
- Flexural strength up to 1200 MPa at the cervical, translucency up to 51% at the incisal
- 3D PRO Rapid — sinters 1–3 units in 110 minutes, per the manufacturer
- White 3D PRO MAX-W — custom shading with coloring liquids
- A Sirona-system version alongside 98 mm, 95 mm and AG formats
- Manufacturer indications: veneers, inlays/onlays, crowns, bridges, full arch and abutments
