A wired LED headlight for loupes: an 8 g lamp clips to the frame and lights the treatment field along the line of sight. The battery unit clips to a belt or pocket. Because the battery is not carried on the loupes, the load on the nose bridge stays low — an advantage over a long working day. Output reaches 35,000 lux at 5000 K and CRI 90, so tissue and restoration shades read true, and the manufacturer states an even, flicker-free spot. A short touch switches it on and off, a long touch dims it steplessly, and one charge lasts at least 11 hours at full brightness.
