Nanoksa G-Plus High-Performance Polymer Disc

INOX · Nanoksa G-Plus Disc

New

A CAD/CAM milling disc of high-performance polymer filled with nano-zirconia and carbon, for permanent restorations on implants. The manufacturer indicates it for full-arch work, bridges, restorations on implants and Richmond crowns. As a polymer, it mills straight to its final form, with no sintering or firing. The manufacturer states water absorption of about 0.1% after 24 hours in water at 23°C, and a low weight close to that of natural teeth — both matter in full-arch work on implants. Six shades and eight thicknesses up to 25 mm let the lab match the disc to the length and height of the structure.

Key features

  • Nano-zirconia and carbon in a polymer matrix — for permanent restorations on implants
  • Mills to its final form — no sintering, no firing
  • Water absorption of about 0.1%, per the manufacturer
  • Low weight — an advantage in full-arch work
  • 98 mm disc in eight thicknesses up to 25 mm — tall structures included
