PEKK-ALLIED Resin for Prosthetic Frameworks

INOX

A 3D printing resin for prosthetic frameworks: denture bases, partial denture frameworks and implant-supported structures such as All-on-4 and All-on-6. According to the manufacturer it belongs to the PEKK family of polymers. The framework is printed straight from the design, as a non-metal alternative to a cast framework, and its low weight is comfortable for daily wear. According to the manufacturer the material is rigid, biocompatible and resistant to wear and fracture. Washing and post-curing follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

Key features

  • For denture bases, partial denture frameworks and implant-supported structures
  • Printed straight from the design — a non-metal alternative to a cast framework
  • Young’s modulus of 2500–3200 MPa — stiffness suited to frameworks, per the manufacturer
  • Low water absorption and solubility, per the manufacturer
  • Low weight for comfortable wear, per the manufacturer
