INOX N1 LED & Nitrogen Curing Machine
INOX
An LED post-curing unit with a nitrogen system for printed parts and resin work — nitrogen displaces oxygen from the chamber so the surface cures too. In air, oxygen inhibits polymerization in the outer layer and leaves it tacky and soft. When nitrogen replaces the oxygen in the chamber, the cure reaches the surface as well — the manufacturer cites high-quality surface curing and time savings. A broad 355–415 nm spectrum shortens fabrication time, per the manufacturer, and three memory settings with intensity, duty-cycle and timer (IDT) control remove the need to reset every time. High-power LEDs on a constant-current circuit replace fluorescent UV tubes that need changing.
