W16Five-axis hybrid milling machine — wet and dry in one unit, so a single lab covers zirconia, wax, resin, glass-ceramics, titanium, pre-milled blanks and soft metals without splitting the work between two machines. HeyTemp TSTS-series zirconia sintering furnace with high-purity Elema heating elements. It pre-dries the restoration and clears residual moisture before the sintering cycle, so no preheating is needed and work can go straight in. Fast and slow sintering are combined; in fast mode — with silicon-carbide heating rods — sintering time drops to about an hour. Up to 150 units per cycle, with no metal-ion contamination. Supplied, installed, staff-trained and maintained by JK Dent.
