A round high-purity alumina sintering crucible for sintering zirconia crowns and bridges in the sintering furnace. Zirconia shrinks during a very high-temperature sintering cycle, so the vessel that carries it has to be stable and clean. According to the manufacturer the crucible withstands heat and thermal shock, suits both fast and conventional sintering programs, and its surface does not peel or contaminate the work.
