A kit of effect liquids for characterizing zirconia before sintering, for monolithic restorations and gum-colored ceramic parts. The liquids create details that standard shade liquids cannot: pigmentation in pits and fissures, chalky spots, tetracycline staining, a fluorosis look and blood vessels in the tissue. They keep a restoration placed among natural teeth with marks and spots from looking too uniform and flat. A colored indicator liquid shows which areas have been treated, and according to the manufacturer it disappears completely in sintering.
