Post-curing chamber for 3D-printed parts. Three wavelengths — 365, 385 and 405 nm — work independently, so different resins can be cured each at its own wavelength and curing completes rather than staying partial. It is the direct counterpart to the ultrasonic cleaner in the printing chain. Supplied and installed by JK Dent, which stocks its spare parts.

It monitors bur life, alarms on breakage, and resumes from the breakpoint after an interruption, so a whole disc is not lost mid-job. JK Dent installs it in the lab, trains the team and services it.
W16Five-axis hybrid milling machine — wet and dry in one unit, so a single lab covers zirconia, wax, resin, glass-ceramics, titanium, pre-milled blanks and soft metals without splitting the work between two machines. High-power water-cooled spindle, tool-life monitoring and job recovery after a power cut. Compatible with mainstream CAM systems. Supplied, installed, staff-trained and maintained by JK Dent.
HeyTemp TSTS-series zirconia sintering furnace with high-purity Elema heating elements. It pre-dries the restoration and clears residual moisture before the sintering cycle, so no preheating is needed and work can go straight in. Fast and slow sintering are combined; in fast mode — with silicon-carbide heating rods — sintering time drops to about an hour. Up to 150 units per cycle, with no metal-ion contamination. Supplied, installed, staff-trained and maintained by JK Dent.
