E-Sanit 23A 23-liter Class B autoclave — the standard required to sterilize hollow, wrapped and textile loads, not just bare instruments. Three pre-vacuum pulses draw air out of a narrow lumen before steam enters; without that, an air pocket inside a tube blocks sterilization and the instrument leaves the cycle unsterile even though the cycle reported success. A 254 × 455 mm chamber and a 4.5 L reservoir allow several cycles back to back without refilling, and the touchscreen shows cycle progress. Real-time water quality monitoring, EN ISO 11607 compliant. Tanda Pro 18LAn 18-liter Class B autoclave with a twin vacuum pump reaching −0.92 bar. Three pre-vacuum pulses clear air from the lumen before steam, and residual humidity at the end of the cycle stays below 0.2% — meaning instruments come out dry and can be pouched immediately rather than left to stand. The unit runs Vacuum, B&D and Helix tests, which are how you confirm a cycle actually worked rather than merely finished. Fast cycle for loads up to half a kilogram, a five-tray rack, 220 to 230 V. Sealing MachineA continuous sealer for sterilization pouches. It seals reel stock to whatever length you choose, so each instrument is packed to its own size rather than into a standard pouch with dead air — less volume in the autoclave chamber and a pack that opens cleanly. A continuous, even seam is what keeps sterility until the moment of opening; a partial seam voids the whole cycle. The reel mounts on a top spindle and cutting happens in the same motion. JK Dent supplies it and keeps its consumables in stock.
