E-Sanit 23
Eighteeth
A 23-liter steam autoclave with EN 13060 type B cycles, for wrapped, unwrapped and hollow instruments, handpieces and textiles in the dental clinic. A mechanical vacuum removes air from the chamber before steam enters, so steam reaches narrow-lumen instruments and handpieces — where an air pocket would otherwise prevent sterilization. Five sterilization programs at 134°C and 121°C plus three test programs (Bowie-Dick, Helix and vacuum) cover daily work and monitoring. A built-in sensor warns of water shortage or substandard water quality, anti-siphon technology blocks liquid backflow, and the electric door closes with a dual lock.

Tanda Pro 18LAn 18-liter Class B benchtop steam autoclave for sterilizing solid and hollow instruments, wrapped and unwrapped, and porous materials. In the Class B programs, three pre-vacuum pulses remove air from the chamber and from lumens before steam enters, and each cycle ends with vacuum drying.
Sterilization Pouch SealerA heat sealer for sterilization reels: it seals instruments into pouches before the autoclave, so they stay sterile until opened at the chair.
Water DistillerA countertop water distiller that makes distilled water in the clinic — mainly for the autoclave, and for other equipment that requires it.
Handpiece Oiling MachineAn automatic oiler for turbines and contra-angles: it drives oil and compressed air through the handpiece’s inner channels before sterilization.
