E-FlowE-Flow is a computer-controlled local-anesthesia system with a touchscreen and foot pedal. It monitors tissue pressure in real time and shows it on screen, so the clinician sees at once whether the needle is in dense bone or soft tissue, and the unit adjusts flow rate accordingly. Smart IThe SOGA Smart I is a pen-style electronic local-anesthesia injector. Instead of hand pressure it delivers at a controlled, even rate — which blunts the pain that comes from injecting too fast — and covers infiltration, block and periodontal-ligament (PDL) anesthesia in one instrument. It recharges and accepts any needle you prefer. Supplied, demonstrated and serviced by JK Dent.
Smart IIThe SOGA-Smart II is the second generation of SOGA’s electronic injector, built on the CCLAD principle: a computer-held constant flow with a gradual ramp-up at the start of the injection. Three speed modes — fast, slow and PDL — cover most indications, it weighs just 65 g, and it recharges rather than taking disposable batteries. MotorTurboA brushless electric micromotor with a compact control unit, for everyday restorative work. It holds torque as resistance rises — unlike an air turbine, which weakens the moment it meets hard material — so the cut stays even and does not burnish. Range 2,000 to 40,000 rpm with torque to 3.0 N·cm, and gear ratios of 1:5, 1:1, 16:1 and 20:1 from the same unit. Four memories, a white LED in the head, and a color display.
